New sale representatives earn $20-30K a month. Some of the investing strategies you will learn include; Legal and Tax Stategies, Wholesaling, fix and flips, rehabbing, buy and hold, lease options, subject to, short sales, creative acquisitions, and foreclosures.

Requirements:
Sales and or marketing experience are a huge plus
You must have a burning desire to succeed and have the ability to manage others
You must be able to maintain a positive attitude and be well organized
You must have a strong passion for Real Estate Investing
You must be a team player
You must demonstrate excellent speaking skills
